Welcome to Kirkwall Self Catering. Unwind and relax in our centrally located family friendly home. Close to local amenities and the famous St Magnus Cathedral, we have your comfort and enjoyment in mind. Cozy, family friendly accommodation in the centre of Kirkwall. We are within easy walking distance to Kirkwall’s historical sites, shopping and sporting facilities. We provide free parking, a courtyard and garden for you to enjoy.
About 12 Clay Loan:
- We have 3 bedrooms, a downstairs level single ensuite, upstairs we have a twin room (bunk beds) and double room.
- Our living room includes Freeview television, DVD player, CD player and free unlimited wifi.
- Our kitchen is fully equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric cooker and a microwave. Our bathroom includes: bath, shower, and toilet while our ensuite includes a shower and toilet.
- Our garden offers a sitting area to wind down at the end down at the end of the day with a cup of tea or wine ( you are on holiday!) and swing set and slide to keep the children entertained.
- All rentals include electricity and heating. All linen and towels are also inclusive in the price.
May – September lets are Saturday to Saturday. Out with high season shorter lets are available.
Please note: We are very sorry, but pets are not allowed in 12 Clay Loan and smoking is not permitted within the building.
